Pick your favorites from the 10-calorie bites here to build a 200-calorie (or less) daily treat that satisfies you without packing on pounds. The magic number to stay under is the 200 calorie-limit rule. As the old Alka-Seltzer commercial said back in the 70’s ….. “Try it, you’ll like it” . All food items listed below are approximately 10 calories each (or as defined). See if you can put together your own “magic formula” to satisfy that urge without blowing your calorie intake or waistline.
